Bachelor's degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience in outreach, public relations, customer service, or a related field, OR High school diploma or GED with 6–8 years of directly related experience. Experience supervising or leading teams engaged in outreach, customer engagement, marketing, or social services. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and analyze outreach campaigns or community engagement efforts. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiar with CRM, outreach tracking, or case management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven problem-solving abilities. Commitment to maintaining beneficiary privacy, security, and compliance. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
