Senior UI/UX Designer

4+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design systems A solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work Ability to collaborate well with product and engineering teams Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex workflows Able to work quickly while still producing high-quality, detailed designs Clear communicator who can explain design choices effectively User-focused mindset, designing with empathy for different technical skill levels Self-starter who can manage projects from start to finish Reliable, distraction-free workspace and stable high-speed internet

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, support, and leadership to shape great user experiences Translate problems and insights into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs Build and maintain a scalable design system using Figma Rapidly concept, iterate, and test interactive prototypes for new features Present work clearly, accept feedback with humility, and iterate quickly Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented with high fidelity Conduct usability tests and synthesize insights into actionable improvements Advocate for design excellence and consistency across all product areas Understand customer needs deeply through conversations with church leaders, support teams, and product data Help drive product direction with thoughtful, user-centered insights
