Web Developer (Remote- Canada and/or United States )

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or equivalent work experience. 3–5 years of professional experience as a Web Developer. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+). Ability to read and implement Figma designs accurately. Hands-on experience with WordPress, including understanding of themes, templates, and plugins. Familiarity with front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Vue.js, React) is an asset. Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles. Experience with version control systems (Git) and basic SEO practices.

Accurately translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, functional layouts. Develop and maintain responsive web pages and landing pages. Manage and customize WordPress themes and templates. Implement SEO strategies and ensure WCAG compliance. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and back-end developers. Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting. Build interactive components and standalone pages using React.
