Identify, investigate, and triage technical issues within the data engineering tech stack. Conduct root cause analysis using logs, queries, and monitoring data. Monitor and analyze system logs to detect anomalies and performance issues. Utilize SQL to query and analyze data within the Snowflake data warehouse. Collaborate with engineering on the support and monitoring of AWS services. Translate business requirements into actionable test requirements and test plans. Conduct QA tasks, including ticket review, testing, and bug identification. Support the scrum team with backlog management and ticket refinement. Assist with UAT testing and stakeholder communication. Ensure adherence to company policies and timely reporting of noncompliance.
