Requirements:
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal management or lifecycle experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good collaborator, communicator, and facilitator. Strong presentation skills preferred. Ability to establish and execute deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong analytical skills regarding client quotes, reports, and manufacturer data. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in CCW-R, CCW & EAMP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms. Competent in Excel. Knowledge in Annuities (EA, SaaS & Subscriptions) preferred. Good understanding of Information Technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned Cisco renewal opportunities. Coordinate renewal activities with customers and internal teams. Identify and present upsell opportunities. Position multi-year deals and co-term with other license opportunities. Engage Cisco support teams and build accurate quotes. Provide accurate renewal quotes to clients. Address and resolve install base inaccuracies. Capture all items available for renewal and identify risks. Reduce complexity by minimizing contracts. Participate in customer Quarterly Business Reviews. Maintain accurate NetSuite data for opportunities and forecasts. Provide financing options and related information. Process client transactions accurately and timely. Setup and maintain client notes, credit limits, and contacts. Facilitate post-renewal system updates. Maintain and expand knowledge of partner renewal offerings. Obtain Cisco training and relevant certifications. Champion best practices, policies, and procedures. Communicate challenges, ideas, and updates.
