Conduct background research, literature reviews, and environmental scans. Assist with planning and facilitation of client meetings, stakeholder engagement sessions, and learning collaboratives. Draft and format deliverables such as reports, toolkits, training materials, and presentations. Support data collection and analysis efforts related to workforce capacity, training needs, and organizational readiness. Track and manage project tasks and timelines. Provide responsive, professional client communication. Collaborate across practice areas to integrate workforce development principles. Participate in internal project debriefs and contribute to firm-wide learning. Apply knowledge of public health workforce trends, equity frameworks, and competency-based development models. Contribute to the development of practical tools and guidance documents. Integrate equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness into all deliverables and client interactions. Contribute to internal initiatives such as improving tools, templates, and processes. Represent BME Strategies in meetings, coalitions, or conferences.
