1-6 years of experience in Leveraged Finance (LevFin) or High Yield roles Advanced expertise in credit analysis, transaction structuring, and leveraged loan/high yield bond markets High proficiency in financial modeling and scenario building for LBOs, M&A, and refinancing Familiarity with negotiation, sponsor communications, and deal documentation Minimum 20 hour commitment per week
