Requirements:
2+ years of applicable sales experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional and conversational English. Highly coachable with an open and proactive approach to feedback. Results-oriented and self-motivated. Available during standard working hours. Previous experience in the Technology sector (SaaS, platform, or development services) is a plus. Experience in Recruiting, Staffing, or a Talent Marketplace environment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs. Collaborate with the Matching Team to drive deals. Build and maintain client relationships. Become an expert in Arc.dev's value proposition. Maintain meticulous records in CRM.
