4+ years of software development experience. Full Stack or Backend engineer. Solid understanding of programming languages, ideally Go and Python. Eagerness to learn new technologies. Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. Demonstrated passion for creating high-quality web/SaaS apps. Experience with Git/GitHub. Excellent communication skills in English. Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual. Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical requirements. Strong interest in optimizing business processes.

Lead feature implementation from proposal to maintenance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose technical solutions. Review code and mentor junior engineers. Improve the health of the codebase and reduce technical debt. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
