Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Confirm bookings and provide timely responses. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, rates, and policies. Assist guests with inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Input and manage booking information in the reservation system accurately. Collaborate with hotel partners to manage room inventory and occupancy. Monitor reservation-related issues and report irregularities. Provide exceptional customer service.
