Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Partner Management Assistant or in a similar role. University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Engineering, or similar. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of the technology ecosystem and affinity for the IT sector. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities. Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Provide support in the daily management of relationships with technology partners. Collaborate in tracking and documenting customer references, success stories, and offerings. Assist in coordinating and monitoring joint business opportunities. Participate in collecting and updating certifications and competencies required by different partner programs. Help prepare reports, presentations, and communications for partners. Contribute to managing partnership processes and programs (co-sell, funds, incentives, etc.). Support the business team in identifying collaboration opportunities with partners to drive the company’s international growth.
