- Six years of specialized medical materiel management experience
- Experience in general supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, assemblage management, warehousing, and operation of materials handling equipment.
- Specialized experience in a healthcare or healthcare support environment.
- Experience using and running transactions in the MMIS.
- Accredited Associate’s Degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehousing tasks, customer support, requisition, shipping, receiving, building medical kits, inventory management, QA, and cargo preparation.
- Manage secure storage of medical controlled items and operate materials handling equipment.
- Utilize and update DoD MMIS records.
- Provide logistical oversight and inventory management for CBRN Response Enterprise.
- Ensure accurate SLEP/DMLSS statistics and communicate SLEP updates.
- Conduct monthly reviews and reports of SLEP and DMLSS inventory records.
- Function as Logicole SLEP coordinator.
- Perform program management and oversight, effective communication, integrated collaboration, and strategic readiness reporting.
- Work independently and provide management oversight of other contractor staff.
- Coordinate logistics activities with base organizations, units, and government agencies.
- Ensure readiness and availability of unit ECMM.
- Provide logistical oversight and management of the influenza vaccination program.
- Act as a focal point between the Surgeon General and ANG Medical Groups.
