Oversee projects managed by Creative Producers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and manage production budgets, expenses, and P&L indicators. Develop and execute quarterly production plans and creative experiments. Ensure adherence to production processes, tools, and analytics systems. Provide clear reporting on project performance, trends, and experiments. Identify and evaluate new creative opportunities, content formats, and platform trends. Support Creative Producers in startup project development, resource allocation, and process improvements. Drive experimentation with new content strategies and ensure timely execution. Collaborate with expertise hubs to optimize workflows. Contribute to the creative evolution of content packaging and platform adaptation. Directly manage and mentor 3–5 Creative Producers, guiding their career growth and performance. Develop successors for CP roles, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline. Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new producers. Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and creative team culture. Provide regular feedback, performance monitoring, and motivational leadership. Align project goals and strategies across CPs, LPs, and EPs. Contribute to mid-term planning and vertical growth strategy alongside the Executive Producer. Recommend improvements in content and operational strategies to increase profitability. Leverage data and platform insights to guide teams toward high-impact trends. Ensure alignment of project goals with the company’s global production strategy.
