Requirements:
6+ years in software development with strong computer science fundamentals. Ability to rapidly learn and apply AI frameworks to production. Track record of technical leadership (design, architecture, mentoring). Excellent Python and solid Java skills. Familiarity with LLM APIs and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Conceptual understanding of vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and semantic search. Working knowledge of agentic execution patterns and prompt engineering. Ability to evaluate open-source AI models, tools, and frameworks. Readiness to learn LLM model serving/tuning. Genuine interest in applying AI to bioinformatics and life sciences.
Responsibilities:
