Energized by solving hard problems, owning decisions, and operating autonomously. Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for rapid scaling. Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, and design teams. Drive continuous experimentation and feature prioritization. Balance user experience with commercial outcomes to maximize retention and LTV. Establish clear processes and structure in a fast-moving environment.
