Senior Product Manager

Strong understanding of best practices in product management, continuous discovery, and SaaS business models Entrepreneurial thinking, proactive and collaborative individuals with exceptional communication skills Deep understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration 5+ years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of leading technical or platform products Comfort with using AI tools and frameworks Experience building platform capabilities for enterprise environments (auditability, change management, compliance, security) is a plus Proven ability to make complicated decisions, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive collaboration Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field with a strong technical aptitude Demonstrated ability to motivate individuals and convince people through compelling arguments and data Excellent written and verbal fluency in English Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation, integrations, SaaS APIs, or no-code platforms is a plus

Shape the product strategy and roadmap for scaling and reliability Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities to improve platform performance, security, and scalability Lead the development of key platform capabilities Collaborate with an Engineering Manager and a Product Designer to drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery Partner with product marketing, research, and other teams Champion the customer perspective by translating user and market insights into actionable product decisions Leverage AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate discovery, and improve team processes Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
