Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant or related industry.
  • Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and additional outreach.
  • Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers.
  • Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure goals are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in our CRM system.
