Requirements:
3+ years of closing experience in sales (SMB to mid-market), partnerships, or an early GTM role with clear ownership of revenue. Comfortable in field sales environments. Charismatic, personable, and credible with customers. Strong discovery and deal control. High activity, high ownership, self-directed. Willingness to work in a competitive environment. Experience selling into watch dealers, jewelers, luxury resale, collectibles, or other high-value, trust-based SMB verticals (bonus points). Familiarity with crypto and stablecoins, or strong curiosity and ability to get fluent quickly (bonus points). Experience selling payments, fintech, FX, or treasury workflows (bonus points).
Responsibilities:
Own new revenue for Fin in the luxury goods/watch dealer segment and adjacent industries. Build trust in person through store visits, dealer networks, dinners, and industry conferences. Prospect and develop pipeline through outbound, warm intros, events, and network. Run targeted discovery to uncover payment pain points, accounting workflows, and operational constraints. Demo and position Fin clearly to customers and handle objections. Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring customer proficiency and understanding of compliance. Act as a trusted partner and go-to resource for customers. Work closely with founders, product, ops, and compliance to turn field feedback into improvements.
