Senior Human Resources Business Partner (India)

7+ years of HR business experience partnering effectively with HR functional groups Team building and relationship management skills Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations, mixed employee/BPO models Ability to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience Strong partnership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change across complex environments Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution Travel required (roughly twice per year) Bachelors degree
