Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient diagnosis and identify care gaps. Use standardized tools and clinical interviews to understand family and child needs. Diagnose neurodevelopmental disorders and differentiate among conditions. Develop individualized evidence-based intervention plans. Provide psychological therapy/intervention or supervision of interventions. Monitor progress and adjust interventions using outcome measurements. Collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, social work, care navigators, and behavioral health clinicians. Assist in care planning, setting developmental milestones, and coordinating with schools and community programs. Support transitions of care and ensure continuity. Provide psychoeducation to caregivers. Train/coach caregivers in interventions and behavior plans. Assess and intervene in behavioral or mental health crises as needed. Adhere to documentation standards and comply with professional, legal, and regulatory standards.
