ServiceNow ITOM Platform Developer - Secret clearance or higher

5–7+ years of ServiceNow development experience (ITOM/ITSM focus) Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Shell) Experience with Event Management, Discovery, and Cloud Management modules Hands-on experience with CMDB, integrations, and automation workflows Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (WMI, SNMP, subnetting) Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITBM, HR, GRC, Portal) Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills Must meet FedRAMP and U.S. Person requirements

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM solutions Configure and customize modules such as Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Discovery/Service Mapping Develop automation scripts and integrations with monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Manage and optimize CMDB processes, reporting, and configuration management activities Collaborate with Federal clients, architects, and security teams to ensure compliance and best practices Create and maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and stay current with platform updates
