5–7+ years of ServiceNow ITSM development experience. Strong proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JSON/XML, business rules, script includes, workflows, client/server-side scripting, UI policies/actions, ACLs, and catalog development. Experience with Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, Catalog, Variable Sets, Client Scripts, and CMDB. Experience developing custom applications and Service Portal widgets. Strong debugging ability and proficiency in producing clean, testable code. Ability to work directly with business leaders, gather requirements, and define roadmap-aligned solutions. Must meet FedRAMP/secure environment requirements (U.S. Citizen/National/Person and background screening). Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).
