Glass Takeoffs and Purchasing Specialist

Proven experience in takeoffs, purchasing, or estimating (preferably in glass or construction projects). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and pricing. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for documentation and calculations. Experience with CAD software is a strong plus. Ability to read and interpret architectural or technical drawings. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Perform glass takeoffs and review project drawings or measurement data. Accurately input and manage project details within the company’s system. Assign and price projects to vendors based on material, quantity, and project specifics. Communicate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and confirm order details. Support the purchasing process by preparing and tracking purchase orders. Maintain accurate project and vendor records for reporting and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
