Build and own the central performance dashboard across all GRVT divisions. Create and maintain KPI frameworks linking departmental goals to company revenue. Generate weekly and monthly CEO reports with clear narratives. Analyze company performance and identify growth levers. Conduct deep dives into metrics like P&L, conversion funnels, and user retention. Develop data-backed forecasts and scenarios. Turn findings into strategic recommendations. Define and track KPIs for marketing efficiency, BD ROI, and partner venue performance. Measure impact of campaigns, partnerships, and feature launches. Build ROI models for decision-making. Set up the data foundation (pipelines, databases, dashboards, analytics tools). Build and maintain SQL queries and data models. Design self-serve data systems for teams. Work closely with heads of Trading, Marketing, BD, and Product. Translate data into clear narratives for CEO, investors, and board. Over time, build and lead a small Data & Insights team.
