Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in Data Analytics or Product Analytics within high-growth tech or SaaS environments. Proven track record of building scalable data solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field is a plus. Deep understanding of CoinGecko products, customer needs, and the crypto/blockchain landscape. Highly proficient in SQL, modern data & product analytic platforms (ie. Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics), and data warehouses (ie. BigQuery, Snowflake). Experience with experimentation platforms and Python/R is a plus. Good understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline management. Strong experience in strategic planning, data roadmap development, and impact assessment. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate & collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, resourceful, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Keen interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency & web3.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive CoinGecko’s data & product analytics strategy. Be the subject matter expert for all data & product analytics tools. Own all advanced analysis to extract actionable insights. Partner with product & engineering to establish best practices for data accuracy and quality. Partner with product and engineering leadership to develop and execute an annual data roadmap. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing data analyst team.
