Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field Several years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, LTV, etc.) Proven experience developing or applying projected LTV models Solid SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R for data analysis a plus Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) Proven ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
