Completed technical degree (Civil Engineering, Architecture) or technical/commercial training in a related field with practical experience. Experience in construction, preferably in existing buildings or renovations, with knowledge of DIN 276 cost calculation and/or construction cost calculation. Motivated by teamwork and collaboration with specialist planners. Structured work approach, attention to detail, and strong affinity for numbers and data.

Support Pre-Construction Planners and Key Account Managers in evaluating project specifics and calculation approaches. Create or refine offer calculations using in-house tools and standard methods (BKI, Nova Ava). Perform quantity surveys using traditional methods and software (Rhino, Revit). Review tenders for feasibility and contract conditions, create initial concepts, and price functional specifications or bills of quantities. Assist with bill of quantities creation for subcontractors and calculate additional costs for clients.
