Completed technical degree (Civil Engineering, Architecture) or technical/economic training in a related field with practical experience. Experience in the construction industry, ideally in existing buildings or renovations, with cost calculation experience (e.g., DIN 276). Motivated by teamwork and collaboration with specialist planners. Structured work approach, attention to detail, and affinity for numbers and data.

Support in evaluating project inquiries regarding implementation and cost estimation. Create and refine cost estimates for serial housing projects using internal tools and industry resources. Perform quantity take-offs using classic methods or software like Rhino/Revit. Participate in tenders by reviewing feasibility, contract terms, creating initial concepts, and pricing specifications. Assist in preparing tender documents and change order calculations for subcontractors or clients.
