(Senior) Field Application Engineer

BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor and/or AI industry in a customer-facing technical role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and at least one Southern European language (Italian, Spanish, or French). Proficiency in Python, C/C++, OpenCL, or CUDA. Hands-on experience with PyTorch. Solid understanding of embedded systems and experience with embedded hardware. Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Willingness to travel within the region (30%+).

Engage with customers to understand their needs and serve as a technical expert. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with R&D for solutions. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and evangelism. Support Sales in expanding accounts and identifying new opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Communicate customer insights to Product Management. Conduct competitive analysis. Contribute to product documentation and training materials. Advocate for customer needs internally. Support trade shows with technical demos and discussions.
