Requirements:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor and/or AI industry in a customer-facing technical role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Italian and/or French. Proficiency in Python, C/C++, OpenCL, or CUDA. Hands-on experience with PyTorch. Solid understanding of embedded systems and experience with embedded hardware. Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Willingness to travel within the region (30%+). Good project management skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and serve as a technical expert. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with R&D for timely solutions. Support Sales in expanding accounts and identifying opportunities. Maintain accurate customer interaction records. Communicate customer insights to Product Management. Conduct competitive analysis. Contribute to product documentation and training materials. Advocate for customer needs internally. Support trade shows with technical demos and discussions.
