Higher education in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field. Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory. Hands-on experience with data extraction, processing, and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel, SuperSet or similar). Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests. Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.). Product mindset — ability to think in terms of user behavior and product impact. Systemic and critical thinking — questioning data and decisions, verifying assumptions. Strong communication skills: storytelling with data, clarity in presenting insights, and ability to influence stakeholders. Self-driven and responsible — you proactively look for growth points and take full ownership of results. Design and run product experiments (defining test duration, feasibility, significance, and interpreting A/B test results). Help generate, prioritize, validate, and evaluate hypotheses (“what if…” questions). Identify the causes of anomalies and deviations in key product metrics and signal potential issues.
