Product analyst (Video Services)

Higher education in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field. Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory. Hands-on experience with data extraction, processing, and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel, SuperSet or similar). Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests. Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.). Product mindset — ability to think in terms of user behavior and product impact. Systemic and critical thinking — questioning data and decisions, verifying assumptions. Strong communication skills: storytelling with data, clarity in presenting insights, and ability to influence stakeholders. Self-driven and responsible — proactively look for growth points and take full ownership of results.

Design and run product experiments (defining test duration, feasibility, significance, and interpreting A/B test results). Help generate, prioritize, validate, and evaluate hypotheses. Identify the causes of anomalies and deviations in key product metrics and signal potential issues. Search for growth opportunities and hypotheses to improve key product metrics. Create and maintain product dashboards and regular analytical reports.
