Higher education in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field. Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory. Hands-on experience with data extraction, processing, and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel, SuperSet or similar). Proven experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests. Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.). Product mindset — ability to think in terms of user behavior and product impact. Systemic and critical thinking — questioning data and decisions, verifying assumptions. Strong communication skills: storytelling with data, clarity in presenting insights, and ability to influence stakeholders.
