Responsibilities:

Lead discovery calls with agency owners to uncover operational bottlenecks Design AI agent workflows to replace human labor and fix broken processes Map systems end-to-end using tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Sheets Coordinate with developer pod for AI system delivery (not writing code) Train clients on system adoption, organizational structure, and company-wide scaling Refine and iterate based on usage, feedback, and performance data
