Principal Industry Solutions - FSI

12+ years in financial services or insurance (multiple areas a plus). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems. Experience with modern software architecture patterns. Ability to discuss a broad range of data technologies (RDBMS, document, key-value, unstructured, noSQL, JSON, XQuery/XML, etc.). Master’s degree or beyond (ideal). Experience with definition of standards, working in forums, councils, steering committees (plus). Experience with various database products, ETL tools and financial software solutions (ideal). Experience with database programming and data models (ideal). A MongoDB Certification (ideal). Additional language skills (conversational appropriate - ideal).

Develop thought leadership and practical directions in industry-specific data challenges. Stay updated on industry trends and market movements. Generate content (webinars, white papers, blogs, events, presentations). Engage directly with clients' senior executives to communicate MongoDB's value proposition. Align MongoDB technology with FSI needs to develop modern solutions. Partner with sales teams to ensure account success. Present MongoDB's position at events. Represent MongoDB in international organizations and workgroups. Communicate field requirements to product management. Guide junior colleagues.
