5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment automation Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana Excellent communication skills A bias for ownership and a drive to improve both systems and processes
