Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for lifestyle, luxury, or premium brands Proven experience with ad campaign management and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.) Strong understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand positioning Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar) Proficiency in English (C1) Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills Ownership mindset with accountability, adaptability, and motivation Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize strategies
