Provider Relations Specialist

Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of PBM experience in provider/network relations, contracting, or other relevant experience. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to develop effective working relationships with providers and internal/external stakeholders. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Highly organized and self-directed with minimal supervision required.

Manage accounts for assigned pharmacy providers, acting as the day-to-day contact. Answer provider emails and phone calls, and execute reporting requests. Escalate issues as needed to the Manager. Manage contract routing, dissemination, and creation of standard contracts and amendments. Maintain and update contract databases. Conduct ongoing outreach to finalize contracts. Communicate pertinent information such as drug recalls and payer sheet information. Serve as the first point of contact for the call center help desk regarding pharmacy contractual issues. Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.
