Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in the utility or energy sector. Proven success managing major, complex projects with measurable results. Expertise in agile methodologies and a solid understanding of industry best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working with large transmission companies, RTOs, ISOs, and utilities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in remote environments.
