Senior Project Manager - Transmission & Utility Solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in the utility or energy sector. Proven success managing major, complex projects with measurable results. Expertise in agile methodologies and a solid understanding of industry best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working with large transmission companies, RTOs, ISOs, and utilities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in remote environments.

Direct end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives within the transmission and utility sectors. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and industry standards. Oversee project P&L to ensure financial accountability and successful operational outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison between customer project leads and internal stakeholders. Facilitate high-level discussions to map customer requirements against industry best practices. Act as a subject matter expert by analyzing customer challenges and aligning scalable, efficient solutions. Integrate agile methodologies and proven project management standards. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Utilize a data-driven approach to investigate issues, determine root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams. Champion initiatives to refine and optimize project management processes.
