Requirements:
2-5 years minimum experience at a digital marketing agency. Fluent in performance marketing language (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, etc.). Obsessively organized. Ahead of the curve on AI-system build out (e.g., N8N -> Airtable). Calm under pressure and diplomatic with clients. Enjoys building systems that make creative teams shine.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Run client calls and recap next steps. Oversee ClickUp boards and task timelines. Manage workflow handoffs between departments. QA deliverables before client delivery. Audit workflows and build SOPs. Identify inefficiencies and create automations. Contribute to building the "Marketing Operating System".
