Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Customer Success roles in the semiconductor, AI, or embedded systems sectors.
- 2+ years of experience managing technical teams.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in embedded or edge computing systems.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in C++, Python, OpenCL, or CUDA programming.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in computer vision or model deployment pipelines.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements and drive results across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Americas FAE team.
- Oversee all technical aspects of customer engagements in the Americas.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues.
- Support key strategic accounts directly.
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management.
- Contribute to the global Customer Success strategy.
- Track team performance, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Support hiring and scaling of the Americas FAE function.
