Requirements:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. 8+ years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Customer Success roles in the semiconductor, AI, or embedded systems sectors. 2+ years of experience managing technical teams. Strong hands-on technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Strong hands-on technical expertise in Embedded or edge computing systems. Strong hands-on technical expertise in C/C++, Python, OpenCL, or CUDA programming. Strong hands-on technical expertise in Computer vision or model deployment pipelines. Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements. Proven ability to drive results across cross-functional teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow the Americas FAE team. Set priorities and allocate resources for the Americas region. Develop team skills in AI deployment, embedded systems, and SDK support. Build scalable support and knowledge-sharing processes. Oversee all technical aspects of customer engagements in the Americas. Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues. Support key strategic accounts directly. Advocate for customer needs within the organization. Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing for go-to-market execution. Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on customer feedback. Contribute to the global Customer Success strategy. Track team performance, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics. Maintain accurate reporting of customer issues and opportunities. Support hiring and scaling of the Americas FAE function.
