Occupational Therapist - Contract

Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university. Valid Pennsylvania state license in Occupational Therapy. At least two years of experience providing occupational therapy services in a pediatric or multidisciplinary setting. Experience with telehealth preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. Proficient in navigating electronic medical record systems and related technology. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development. Ability to maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations. Flexibility and initiative to adapt in a dynamic, innovative work environment. Receptive to clinical feedback and committed to professional growth.

Provide evidence-based evaluations and treatment sessions focused on emotional regulation, sensory processing, and executive functioning. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for new and existing patients. Complete a minimum of 6 evaluations per week (60 minutes each) with 30 minutes for documentation. Conduct 30-minute treatment sessions as clinically indicated. Participate in weekly team meetings. Maintain a clinical schedule including morning/evening evaluations and weekday/weekend availability (preference for weekend availability).
