Manage creative and production processes from brief to delivery Drive projects using OLIVER+ ways of working Manage multiple mid to high complexity projects Handle multiple projects simultaneously Serve as the point of contact for new briefs Manage scoping, costing, and planning of projects Identify stakeholders and create communication plans Set deadlines with partners and challenge unrealistic timelines Create project plans and identify key milestones Work with Delivery Lead and Resource/Studio Manager for project staffing Identify risks and create risk registers Prepare and run client and team kick-off meetings Create and manage project documentation Coordinate development and delivery among project participants Prioritize and manage workload of the project team Monitor project progress within scope and budget Prepare status reports for stakeholders Follow change control process for scope, budget, timeline, or resource changes Proactively problem-solve and mitigate risks Be accountable for project financial profitability Ensure final deliverables are quality-driven
