2-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role Owned the implementation of HubSpot or Salesforce from start to finish Process-oriented mindset with the ability to design, document, and drive adoption of new workflows Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards Excellent communication skills Self-starter SQL knowledge (bonus) Experience with AI tools and integrating them into GTM operations (bonus) Prior experience in developer tools, SaaS, or technical products (bonus) Familiarity with Gong, Omni Analytics, or similar tools (bonus)
