10+ years in engineering leadership with recent experience as senior engineering leader (VP, CTO, or equivalent). Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms. Track record of taking early-stage products to scale. Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, APIs, real-time data. Skilled at building high-performing teams. Strong communicator. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information. Background in manufacturing, industrial tech, or operations-heavy products (bonus). Experience building AI-native platforms (bonus).

Define and drive long-term technical strategy for scalability, reliability, and performance. Oversee architecture across AI/ML systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
