Senior Software Engineer II, Insurance

6-10 years of experience as an engineer with a proven history of working across the stack, primarily backend, and building products at scale. Extensive experience with web technologies. Experience with one or more common web frameworks. Strong understanding of accessibility and security compliance. Implemented automated testing platforms and unit tests. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Desire to experiment and make data-driven decisions.

Work in backend space and support full stack initiatives. Plan complex multi-team projects with stakeholders. Own the team's technical, execution, goal setting, and prioritization practices. Mentor software engineers across the organization. Impact domain's practices beyond the team. Design, develop, and implement maintainable and scalable product features using front and back end web technologies. Develop provider-facing and internal-facing features around scheduling, eligibility, and billing. Collaborate with managers, PMs, and designers to build solutions. Ensure applications and services meet standards for software including performance, scalability, and security.
