Delivery Leader – North America (AI-Focused)

Bachelor's degree required, master's degree desirable, or requisite professional experience. At least 4 to 6 years of relevant, full-time work experience in government, consulting, public policy, and/or relevant field. Confidence in working with data — analyzing, visualizing, and translating insights. Expertise in data analysis and facilitation of trainings and workshops. Demonstrated comfort using or learning GenAI tools. Ability to translate AI capabilities into responsible, real-world applications. Experience working in the standard business suite (spreadsheets, presentations). Business-level proficiency in English. Must be based in and have work authorization in the United States. Willingness to travel up to 25-40% and be accessible to an airport.

Lead project delivery for government and mission-driven partners. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Apply understanding of AI and emerging technologies for public sector applications. Facilitate data-informed decision-making through dashboards, AI tools, or digital solutions. Guide internal and external teams in using GenAI tools. Translate complex insights into compelling memos, visualizations, and presentations. Run effective workshops, routines, and strategic problem-solving sessions.
