5+ years of experience in backend development using Kotlin or Java Strong experience building and maintaining distributed systems at scale Proven track record delivering customer-facing applications Experience owning the full lifecycle of a feature: design, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring Solid understanding of relational databases, transactions, and query optimization Hands-on experience with monitoring systems
