Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Policy, Law, Media, Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field. 10-15 years of experience as a Public Policy Leader at an internet, e-commerce, social, or gaming company. Experience working with policymakers, child safety groups, and international organizations. Experience working seamlessly with cross-functional teams (business operations, financial, legal). Experience with project/program management and keeping multiple deliverables on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Public Policy strategy for India & South Asia and implement related programs. Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in India & South Asia. Advise internal stakeholders on public policy matters. Articulate public policy positions in briefing papers and consultation responses. Communicate with external stakeholders on public policy topics. Communicate public policies to internal stakeholders and provide governance. Ensure compliance with product policies. Oversee and influence change for policy compliance. Work with external stakeholders to understand their views on product policies.
