Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and inventory management tools (QuickBooks or ERP systems preferred) Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and general quality compliance standards is a plus
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels across all sales channels Create and manage POs for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and 3PL partners Update and manage supply chain data in QuickBooks and shared tools Track and file COAs, batch releases, and compliance records Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Marketing Monitor key operational metrics and support process optimization
