Requirements:

3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS. Strong record of shipping impactful features in knowledge management, workflow automation, or content systems. Experience working within an empowered product model. Proven experience with AI/ML-enabled products (content classification, retrieval, summarization, agentic workflows). Customer-obsessed mindset. Strategic thinker. Solid technical understanding. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UX Design, Customer Experience, and GTM teams to gather insights on customer content practices. Build market and competitive expertise to inform product strategy. Partner with software and AI engineering teams to deliver data-informed solutions. Own roadmap and drive alignment across the organization. Define and own customer outcomes and success metrics. Engage with customers to understand value and translate insights into roadmap priorities. Contribute to Library mission strategy by evolving content definition and measurement.
