QA Engineer, TOPS

1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a strong desire to build a career in QA Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable working with complex, legacy systems Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies Ability to write clear, detailed bug reports and test documentation Adaptable and resilient Excellent communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Perform manual testing of TOPS features and functionality Work closely with the engineering team to understand features and identify issues Document and track defects, collaborating with developers Help establish and refine QA processes, test plans, and testing standards Navigate and test within a legacy system environment Learn from and collaborate with the central QA team Participate in requirements reviews and sprint planning Contribute to the development of regression test suites and quality documentation Identify opportunities for test automation and process improvements Build collaborative relationships across teams
