Undergraduate degree required. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate/foundation relations, institutional giving, or non-profit development. Proven track record of securing 5- and 6-figure grants. Thorough knowledge of fundraising compliance, reporting standards, and best practices. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with document formatting and production. Prior experience utilizing and managing Salesforce or other CRM. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.
