Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches and achieve revenue targets. Manage the full product lifecycle, including introductions, transitions, and phase-outs. Define product messaging and positioning that differentiates offerings in the marketplace. Create sales enablement materials, collateral, and training programs to support sales team effectiveness. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Build and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key customers to gather insights and foster advocacy. Partner with Upstream Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory team members to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging. Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to drive adoption and market success. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and sales data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
